Are you planning for the rust to show through your shibori wrappings? If so it's probably happened by now! I'm working with stains, etc. at the moment so I'm curious. I had a friend at college who did jewellery and made wonderful metal discolourations but I didn't actually take much notice at the time. Soft and pliant stuff more my thing.
