I haven't been to Kendal all year except to two exhibitions at the Abbott Hall both flying visits. Are you moving to Tiree for a fixed time or is it as forever as it gets in your life? I have a friend who has a house on Lewis, and a former colleagye teaching in Lerwick but thats miles away isn't it? I must say, Tiree is the one island I always liked the look of but I read its the windiest place in Britain. I am off to the Isla of Man for a talk and workshop tomorrow but have just had a text from IOM steamship co. to say the earlier ferry is cancelled so watch this (Well...mine)space.
