… but the first stage of my July/August Take it Further Challenge, tentatively titled “hanging in the balance”.

The next stage is to gather the stitching, then wrap the bundles from the centre, in pairs, so the wrapping yarn links them together. I hope I’ve left enough fabric unstitched to get the effect I’m envisaging – we’ll see.

    A couple of the TIF challenge you have done ahve been 3d Is this normally how you work? You seem to produce almost scupltural things. I remember thye piece made from a tangled web with twisty bits.
