Mothering Sunday

I took a little time from work yesterday to embroider a Mothering Sunday card for my mother. It was going to be a flower but I think it decided otherwise!

    thank you all for the comments. Mum liked it too :-) . Monika, the bit in the middle is a scrap of scrim with some fleece needlefelted into it, stitched down with French knots.
